Jude Law has been filming his latest Hollywood role in an old Vauxhall Cavalier in Sutton.
The Sherlock Holmes actor was shooting his new film, Black Sea, outside Sutton Grammar School, in Manor Lane, this morning.
Crowds gathered to watch the 40-year-old actor repeatedly film a scene where he gets in and out of a car while school children walk out of Sutton Grammar School in the background.
The film, by The Last King of Scotland director Kevin Macdonald, sees Law playing a submarine captain who gets laid off by a salvage company.
Looking for money he embarks on a hunt for a stolen submarine, at the bottom of the Black Sea, which is said to have gold on board.
Law, who is the father of four children, has been preparing for his latest role by joining a crew on a Royal Navy nuclear submarine.
