Firefighters called to car fire
Firefighters were called to a car fire in Sutton last night.
The crew from Sutton fire station were called to Gander Green Lane at 11pm, where they found the Volkswagen Polo alight.
The driver escaped the car before it caught fire and no-one was injured in the incident.
The car was completely burned out and the crew left the scene at 11.20pm.
