We have enjoyed but said goodbye to many pubs in Croydon over the years.
Pubs can be a great place for memories and to spend time with friends and families.
But unfortunately, for various reasons, we’ve had to say goodbye to a lot of them over the years.

Arkwrights Wheel – formerly stood at 151 North End. Opened from 1993 to 2011.
Bird In Hand - formerly stood at 291 Sydenham Road. Opened from 1820s to 2016.
Black Horse - formerly stood at Lower Addiscombe Road. Opened from 1500s to 2005.
Brief - formerly stood at George Street. Closed in 2011.
Britannia - formerly stood at 34 Surrey Street.
Cartoon - formerly stood at London Road. Opened from 1995 to 2006.
Classic - formerly stood at 3 Brighton Road.
Crescent Arms - formerly stood at 323 Whitehorse Road. Closed in 2012.
Cricketers Arms - formerly stood at Southbridge Place. Closed in 2006.
Crown - formerly stood at Stanley Road.
Cunningham - formerly stood at Park Way. Opened from 1981 to 2004.
Derby Arms - formerly stood at 40 Pitlake. Closed in 2008.
Drum & Monkey - formerly stood at 7 Gloucester Road. Closed in 2006.
Duke of Cambridge – formerly stood at 7 Holmesdale Road. Closed in 2011.
Duke of Gloucester – formerly stood at 258 Sydenham Road. Closed in 2010.
Duke of York – formerly stood at York Road. Closed in 2012.
Dukes Head - formerly stood at 14 South End. Closed in 2007.
Eagle - formerly stood at 52 Tamworth Road. Opened from 1893 to 2010.
Earl of Eldon - formerly stood at 63 Brighton Road. Closed in 2018.

Forum - formerly stood at the Whitgift Shopping Centre. Opened from the 1970s to 1993.

Glamorgan - formerly stood at 81 Cherry Orchard Road. Opened from 1880s to 2016.
Gloucester - formerly stood at 111 Whitehorse Road. Closed in 2014.
Goose & Carrot - formerly stood at Wellesley Road. Closed in 2005.
Gun Tavern - formerly stood at Church Street. Closed in 2012.
Gypsy Tavern – formerly stood at 14 Station Road. Closed in 2020.
