Four individuals were injured after a shooting and stabbing in Brixton during the early hours of this morning.
Coldharbour Lane remains closed today (January 14) due to the incident near Loughborough Junction Station.
During the incident, a woman and a man were shot, another man was stabbed, and a fourth was assaulted.
Police responded to calls of a shooting around 5am and found a woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
She was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.
The three men made their own way to medical facilities and self-presented.
Metropolitan Police do not believe any of the sustained injuries are life threatening but are “awaiting update on their conditions”.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
The police are keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone with information regarding the incident and urge such individuals to dial 101 ref 1167/14Jan or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously.
A spokesperson said: "We’re investigating a fight and shots fired in Coldharbour Lane and are appealing for any witnesses yet to speak with police and anyone with information to call 101 ref 1167/14jan or to remain anonymous contact @CrimestoppersUK.
"Police were called just after 5am on Sunday, January 14, to reports of a fight and shots fired in Coldharbour Lane, SW9.
"Officers attended and found a woman suffering gunshot injuries. She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
“Three other men self-presented at hospital, one with gunshot injuries, one who had been stabbed and one assaulted.
"We await an update on their condition; at this very early stage we do not believe any of the injuries are life-threatening.
"There has been no arrest. Any witnesses yet to speak with police and anyone with information is asked to call 101 ref 1167/14jan or to remain anonymous contact Crimestoppers."
