A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital after a shooting in Battersea.
The incident happened in Shuttleworth Road just after 7pm yesterday (February 7).
Officers were called to the scene and found a man injured in a nearby car park.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries were assessed as not life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “We were called at 7.03pm on Wednesday, February 7 to reports of a shooting in Shuttleworth Road.
“Officers responded and a found a man, believed to be in his 20s, with a gunshot injury nearby in a car park.
“He was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing. There have been no arrests.”
