A Tesco lorry burst into flames yesterday.
Firefighters were called to Grand Drive, Raynes Park at about 11am to put out the fire close to Tesco New Malden Extra.
The fire was extinguished in 12 minutes by a single crew from New Malden fire station.
Ray Foster, New Malden watch manager, said: "It was at the end of Grand Drive. It was going quite well - it burned the whole cab out. It also damaged a Ford Focus. It burned the boot."
No-one was injured and police did not attend.
