Strike partner Matt Tubbs also got on the scoresheet omn Saturday as the Dons climbed to tenth in the table ahead of this weekend's trip to Wycombe Wanderers, the new table toppers.

Neil Ardley said: “After the joy of midweek, this was the perfect game. We were up against a tough team and it was great that we were able to see it through.
"The first 20 minutes we got pulled about a bit, but once we got to grips with it we were excellent."
Akinfenwa opened the scoring with a cool volley from George Francomb’s cross, and then doubled Wimbledon’s advantage after Sean Rigg found Akinfenwa with another cross.
Bury had been wasteful throughout the first half but Major finished his chance after the restart, scoring from 25 yards to make it 2-1.
