I recently went to see Take That at the O2 Arena, and I tried out one of the experiences which makes you feel like a VIP celebrity.
The O2 Arena is a place of all-round happiness, often visited when seeing one of your favourite music acts that you’ve been waiting for all year long.
I felt like that with Take That, and I had been so excited to go and watch them perform on a Friday night to kick off my weekend.
I was lucky enough to trial the Shared Suite Lounge for this show – which, located on level 3, is a full suite experience.
It’s perfect for upgrading your night and making more memories, and means you get loads more than just a seat at the gig.
You get reserved seating within the exclusive shared suite, access to the private bar (!!), and food and drinks included right through the event.
I mean, imagine, your favourite band or singer, drinks, food and your own little exclusive seating area.
The food was served before Take That came on and while support act Olly Murs was finishing.
It was great to be able to listen to and watch the supporting artist while filling up on dinner and starting to get a little tipsy ready for the main event.
The hot food selection was delicious and had choices to suit all tastes, including burgers, katsu aubergine, wedges, corn on the cobs, salads and more.
The cakes and popcorn for dessert made the perfect finishing touch as well, especially when you’re getting a little bit more merry and need something a little bit more stodgy.
Wine, soft drinks and beers are included in the price – starting from £249 + VAT for a single event – but there is opportunity to buy other spirits at the bar if you want to.
You also get a fast track entry into the Arena and access to the AMEX lounge too – a lovely place for some pre-show drinks, relaxing and music.
The suite is spacious, and you really feel like you have your own little private concert at your fingertips.
We spent the whole evening singing and dancing away with our drinks at our seats, with the option to recline on the sofa area in the suite as well if a break is needed (FYI, it wasn’t!).
It really did feel like we were Take That’s special guests, with a great view of the incredible show too.
Another option at The O2 is the Premium at The O2 offering – which is a unique VIP experience.
You get an unrivalled breadth and volume of content and first-class hospitality which includes the choose of different food and drinks packages in your suite or visits to the onsite restaurant and cocktail bar.
Premium at The O2 also offers a range of flexible premium options both for products and pricing – from one-night events to yearlong contracts, and two seats to suites of 28.
Go on, let yourself feel like the VIP you really are!
