Whether you're a die-hard clubber or mum or dad who wants to relax after a day in the office, a new fitness craze will have you working out and rocking out at the same time.
With flashing lights, loud sound systems and rocking setlists, CLUBFIT is set to launch at The Watershed nightclub, in The Broadway, Wimbledon, at the end of the month.
Dancer and CLUBFIT co-founder, Tom Goodall, who coached Meryl Streep and Pearce Brosnan on the set of Mamma Mia, will lead the dance sessions.
Described as exercise which doesn't feel like exercise, the fun and exciting fitness craze is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Everyone is welcome half an hour early on launch night, Tuesday, April 29, for a welcome drink, registration and discount tickets of £5 per person if you bring a friend.
