New Wimbledon Theatre may be closed for renovation at the moment but once it's doors reopen in three weeks a whole conveyor belt of top shows will be coming to town.
From the UK Premiere of High School Musical Two to comedian and impressionist Alistair McGowan and The Rocky Horror Show to Matthew Bourne's Dorian Gray, there will be no shortage of shows to keep you entertained.
Featuring Les Dennis as Mr Fulton and GMTV Search for a Star winner Liam Doyle as Troy, High School Musical Two Live will bring an energetic run through of the hit film, all it's songs and some truly eye-watering dancing.
In September, Richard O'Brien's fantastic rock 'n' roll musical The Rocky Horror Show is back by popular demand.
This production of O'Brien's classic original script will include fun, frolics and frivolity as well as the unforgettable tunes Sweet Transvestite, Damn It Janet and, of course, the pelvic thrusting Time Warp.
Bourne's critically acclaimed dance production of Dorian Gray has followed in the footsteps of his other highly popular productions such as Nutcracker, Edward Scissorhands and Swan Lake in its success, being the most successful dance production ever at Edinburgh Festival last year.
Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray has been bought into the modern age by Bourne and examines the destructive power of beauty and the themes of darkness and corruption.
McGowan will be resurrecting his legendary celebrity impressions in a brand new show in October that will also see a whole load of never-before-heard voices introduced to the world.
Then in November one of the most popular and enchantingly romantic stories ever told comes to life in Disney’s multi-award winning musical Beauty and the Beast.
Already seen by more than 25 million people and nominated for nine Tony awards, the musical has been wowing audiences worldwide with record-breaking runs in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, Sydney, Tokyo and London’s West End.
