Two local art photographers are hosting their very own exhibition to show off the fruits of their labour at the Ebbisham Centre this month.
Adriaan van Heerden's and Stuart James' exhibition will explore the theme of tranquility in a series of images from around the world.
Their photos' subjects will include flowers, the Lake District, the Kent coastline and beach huts, to name but a few, with all of their artwork on show being available to buy.
Adriaan said: "My artistic vision is driven by the desire to create beauty in a broken world. As an Ashtead resident, this exhibition gives me the opportunity to share that vision with my local community."
Stuart said: "The Ebbisham Centre is a great place to exhibit and I’m sure that our visitors will find a lot to appreciate in the various images on display."
Adriaan is a founding member of the Surrey-based art group The Arts Collaboration and has exhibited in Surrey, London and Cheshire.
Stuart is also a member of The Arts Collaboration and has had several commercial commissions. This is his first major exhibition.
In addition to their art work, Adriaan and Stuart run a wedding and portrait photography business and some of their work will also be on display.
The exhibition runs from August 15-27, with free entry. It is is open from 9am-6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 9am-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays; 9am-5pm on Saturdays but is closed on Sundays.
