Yes!...The much anticipated new season (or as we Brits say ‘new series’) of the mind twisting Black Mirror, is back with six new episodes to screw with our brains.
If you are one of those people who has quite a positive and upbeat idea of the future, then best not dip into this series of dystopian visions of things to come.
All the episodes are written by British satirist, broadcaster and journalist, Charlie Brooker.
Charlie Brooker
You are probably more familiar with his TV appearances in such shows as 10 O’Clock Live. Screenwipe, and Charlie Brooker’s Weekly Wipe.
The first series of Black Mirror was a totally UK effort first aired on Channel 4. However, through its popularity both here and in the US, it has now been given the Hollywood style treatment since being commissioned by Netflix in 2015 with even bigger budgets and directed by some top-notch names.
Each episode is a stand-alone story and usually concentrates on the darker side of new technology.
