Twenty young performers are preparing to use words, movement and beatboxing to showcase what it means to be brave.

The group of 12 to 25-year-olds are part of the Battersea Arts Centre's (BAC) Homegrown creative programme, which teaches young people about making shows, performing on stage, work experience placements, and how they can go about developing their own ideas.

What Does It Mean To Be Brave?, directed by Neil Bettles - the Artistic Director of ThickSkin, which produces heart-stopping visual theatre - runs at the BAC on Thursday, August 11, until Saturday, August 13 at 7.30pm.
