Legendary magician, Paul Daniels, will be lending a helping hand to Santa Claus this Christmas. Paul Daniels, known for his illusions, is set to join the creative team behind the magic for the stage production of Santa Claus and the Christmas Adventure.

Mr Daniels will help create illusions for the stage show, which will run at the Epsom Playhouse from December 7 to 13, combining a live interactive Christmas show with a traditional ‘grotto’ experience.

The adventure takes place at Santa's head quarters in the North Pole as he prepares to take off in his sleigh to deliver this year’s Christmas presents.

But at the last minute chaos strikes as Rudolph is missing and the Elves misbehaving and Santa enlists the help of the audience to find Rudolph.

In return children will get the chance to meet the man himself after the show for a picture and to receive a present.

Paul Daniels is one of the most accomplished magicians in the world, his fame and achievements stretching to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Spain, and Japan.

Over his long career, he has starred in his own West End Theatre Show, headlined in Las Vegas and Broadway, as well as performing more magic on TV than any other magician in history.

Without wanting to name-drop, his shows have been enjoyed the Royal Family, including princes William and Harry, The Sultan of Brunei, The Sultan of Oman, Prince Rainier of Monaco, Barry White, as well as former Prime Minister John Major.
