A celebratory gig will be held as trio The 23 Enigma prepare to release their first single.
Built off the back of band Flight 16, which toured the US supporting acts such as Alice in Chains and Incubus, The 23 Enigma has risen from the ashes to reassert themselves on the Croydon stage.
Combining elements of prog rock reminiscent of Led Zeppelin with 90s grunge the three members grew up listening to, The 23 Enigma has been in the studio and are set to launch Masquerade with a special gig at the Scream Lounge.
The trio, bassist Jules Eccleston, singer and guitarist Dave Sears and drummer Chris Hancox will also use the performance, on August 4, to shoot a video to run alongside the single.
With support from rock group Junk Time Party and a burlesque dancer the night will run from 7pm to 3am and guests are encouraged to get into the swing of things and dress for a masquerade ball.
