A month of jazz awaits patrons of the Green Dragon, building to a three-day festival over the bank holiday weekend.
Kicking things off on August 5 is the Lee Gibson Quintet, followed on August 12 by the Dave O’Higgins Quintet, featuring Kelvin Christiane.
The Geoff Mason Quintet swings into town for August 19 before things get serious for the end of the month.
Kicking off a completely free three-day jazz celebration is Renato D’Aiello on Sunday, August 26, followed by the Don Weller Quartet on Monday and the Pete Long Band heralds in September on the Tuesday.
Each session kicks off at 1pm and runs to 3.30pm. Entry is free.
