DAVE MARTIN After a courageous battle with cancer, Dave sadly passed away on 25th March 2016 aged 58. The funeral service to be held on Monday 18th April at Christchurch, Epsom at 11.30am, and afterwards on to Epsom Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if wished to Princess Alice Hospice. The family would like you to join them at the Queens Stand, Epsom Downs after the service.
