FITTING TRIBUTE TO MY DEAR SISTER From Jill Dent I have said a final farewell to my beloved Sister Diane Miller a wonderful Lady who sadly passed away in December, we recently had her interment in a very short but moving service at Epsom Cemetery attended by her family and a few close friends. A complete contrast to her funeral at Randalls Park Crematorium back in December. So many people, it was amazing and a little humbling. Thank you to her numerous friends and colleagues who attended, the chapel was filled to absolute bursting, you all being there made it a very special and memorable occasion. A very big thank you to both Len Moreton who conducted the service and Charles Marriott who gave an impressive eulogy. Her flowers were beautiful and those of you who gave donations, in memory of Diane, raised a total of £65 for Cancer Research and £1150 for the Royal Marsden a touching and supportive show of generosity gratefully received by each of these charities. I must thank you for the many beautiful sympathy cards and touching letters I have received, they were very much appreciated I took great comfort from them, knowing how much she will be missed by everyone who knew her. I will be forever grateful to my Husband Peter, and all faithful and loyal friends who have supported and helped me through this difficult time with their love and kindness. May you rest in peace my dear Diane.
