In loving memory of JANET PAMELA OSMOND (JAN) Who passed away in the care of St Raphael's Hospice on Tuesday 26th April 2016 aged 67. A much loved Wife, Mum, Sister, Aunt and Niece who fought a cruel illness with incredible bravery. A loving partner for 47 years to Mike and devoted Mum to Stuart and Ashley. Jan's funeral is on 18th May at Epsom Cemetery at 10.30am, and afterwards back at Oxford Road. Family flowers only, but any donations to St Raphael's c/o Co-operative Funeral Care, 108 Stafford Road, Wallington SM6 9AY
