MANNALL, SSC REVEREND MICHAEL JOHN FREDERICK Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, 1989-1990 Died peacefully in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, July 19th. Greatly missed by his Wife Barbara, children Adrian, Clare and Sarah, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Mass at St Mary's, Walsingham on August 1st at 12 noon. No flowers please, but donations for Multiple Sclerosis Society UK, may be sent c/o Chapmans, The Swaffham Funeral Home, Lynn Road, Swaffham PE37 7AY
