Funeral service to be held on Thursday 19th January 2017 at 12.30pm in the Kernow Chapel at Penmount Crematorium, Truro, Cornwall, TR4 9AA. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, will be collected by retiring collection for Sunningdale House, Perranporth.
