THERESA PATTERSON Very sadly passed away on 24th January 2017. A special, wonderful, kind Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister and Aunt. A devastating loss, she was dearly loved by all her family and will be sadly missed by family and friends but always in our hearts and thoughts. The funeral will be held on Wednesday 22nd February at SS Peter and Paul Church, Cranmer Road, Mitcham CR4 4LD at 11.00am. The Committal will be at South London Crematorium, Rowan Road, SW16 5JG at 12.15pm
