FREDERICK CARTER Passed away on 21st March 2017 aged 85 in Kingston Hospital. Sadly missed and loved by his Wife Irene and 2 dear Daughters, Louise and Laura. Funeral has taken place. The day went very well due to the professional way it was conducted by the Reverend Robert Steiger from St Andrew's Church. God Bless all.
