EDWIN RALPH MOSCROP Our beloved Dad, Edwin Ralph Moscrop, age 94, passed away on 24th May 2017 at Hampton Care Home where he spent the last 5 years of his life. As a young man Edwin Ralph served in the Royal Air Force in WWII as a Flight Engineer. For most of his working life he was a Chartered Building Surveyor and prior to his retirement our Dad was Head of Building Control at Hounslow Borough Council. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, carers and neighbours. In our heart our Dad lives on.
