DIZ BARTTELOT (nCole) Died peacefully at home on 25th September 2017 surrounded by family. District Nurse in Chiswick and Brentford 1975-1991. Funeral service to be held at Hanworth Crematorium on Friday 13th October at 12.20pm. Friends and fellow singers welcome to attend the service. No flowers please.
