Ann Guy of Trentham St, Southfields, peacefully passed away at Royal Trinity Hospice on the 20th July 2018, aged 78 after a short illness. Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. The funeral will take place on Friday 10th August 1pm at Putney Vale Crematorium. The family has asked that donations are made to The Royal Trinity Hospice in her memory in place of flowers.
