Hubbard (nee Bartholomew), Peggy b. 5th May 1926 In loving memory of the dearest mother, granny and 'GG' who passed quietly 23rd August 2018. Forever in our hearts, lovingly remembered, never forgotten. Always with us. R.I.P. Devoted widow of her loving husband, Carl who died 1979. Together again after so very long apart. All our love darling Mum xxx
