Brian John Swain died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on 19th December 2018. Funeral service to be held at North East Surrey Crematorium (aka Garth Road) Lower Morden Lane, Morden SM4 4NU on the 8th January at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations please to St Raphael's Hospice www.in-lieu-of-flowers.org.uk
