Grace Lilian Ruthven Aged 90 of Old Swan Yard, Carshalton, died peacefully on the 31st of December 2018 at St Helier Hospital. The remembrance Service will take place at the North East Surrey Crematorium on Friday 18th January 2019 at 1.20pm. No Flowers please but donations if desired to the St Helier Hospital Fund for Blood Disorders c/o W A Truelove & Son, 118 Carshalton Road, Sutton, SM1 4RL
