THOMAS KEER MILLIGAN "TOM" Formerly of Harlow, peacefully at St. Fillans Care Home, Colchester, on 23rd February 2019, aged 71 years. Beloved husband to Sue, loving dad to Jeremy, Kate & Nick & a devoted grandad. Funeral service will take place at the Blessed Sacrament Church, Melbourne Avenue, Chelmsford, on Tuesday 26th March at 12.00 followed by cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired are being collected for the Alzheimer's Society or you can donate on line at: www.mluckingandsons.co.uk/donations
