Smith David "Smiffy" It is with deep regret to announce that Dave 'Smiffy' Smith sadly passed away on 31st October, following a serious illness after a terrible life changing event in a lift shaft! Dave will be missed by so many, our thoughts are with all his family and friends. The Funeral will take place at 4PM tomorrow (Fri 19th November) in the North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Lane, Morden, Surrey. SM4 4NU.
