A shabby play pavilion in South Croydon Recreation Ground will be given a revamp with help from pupils from one of the borough's primary schools.
Pupils from Purley Oaks Primary in Bynes Road have teamed up with the local Police Safer Neighbourhood Team to design pictures on the theme of community, friendship and play.
Eight of the pictures will then be painted on to the back of the pavilion to give it a much needed patch-up.
