When will the council do something about all the filth and litter that is everywhere in Croydon? It is absolutely disgusting, it really is.
I have always lived in Shirley and 50 years ago it was a decent area. Now it is an absolute dump, partly because of all the litter lying around everywhere, but also because of the excessive amount of traffic, the majority of which is just not necessary.
