On Friday, October 13, the Sutton branch of the National Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) held a collection outside Waitrose in Worcester Park.
On behalf of the committee and volunteers of the Sutton NSPCC, I would like to thank the management of Waitrose and the residents of Worcester Park and the surrounding area who gave so generously to our collection that day.
We raised over £380 and these donations are used to undertake many local and national projects that provide services to help children and families.
If your readers would like to know more about the NSPCC or would like to offer some of their time as a volunteer, then visit our website at suttonnspcc.org for details of the local branch activities and fundraising.
