A Selhurst drugs den has been shut down after neighbours told the authorities that crack and heroin were being used there.
The closure came as part of a joint operation by Croydon Council, London and Quadrant Beaver Homes and Selhurst Safer Neighbourhood Team.
An application for a full closure will be made at Croydon Magistrates' Court on November 7, which would force the property to close for up to three months.
It is the fifth time the council has used such powers to force the closure of a property.
Coun Steve O'Connell, deputy leader of Croydon Council and cabinet member for public protection and crime reduction, said: "Crack houses make neighbours lives a misery and we have made a firm commitment with our partners to stamp them out.
"Residents' vigilance in reporting any suspected property is essential so that we can act swiftly."
