A garden centre has set up a Christmas memory tree so people can write down memories of their friends and family.
The tree will be based at the Croydon Purley Way Garden Centre until Christmas Eve on Monday December 24.
The aim is to help raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. Customers can pick up a special tag in return for a charitable donation.
Tracey Herbs, Acting Manager of the store said: "We are inviting people to write their favourite memories of friends and loved ones on a special tag and place it on our memory tree to help raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society."
