Snow is arriving in South London and Surrey this morning and widespread disruption is expected.
Schools are closing early and train operators are running revised timetables meaning journeys are likely to be delayed.
The Met Office has issued an amber warning for the area encouraging people to make sure they are prepared for several centimetres of snow.

Southern Trains will not split or join at Horsham or Haywards Heath affecting services into and out of London. South west Trains are operating revised timetables in and out of Waterloo and on stopping services to Woking, Guildford and Kingston via Wimbledon and to Reading, Windsor and Kingston via Richmond.
Snow is expected to fall throughout most of today and over the weekend.
