Lloyd Downes has been found safe
A vulnerable pensioner has been found safe and well.
Lloyd Downes, 72, from Surbiton went missing yesterday and was last seen in Ewell Road.
Kingston police confirmed he had been found today and returned to his family.
The police have thanked residents for their help.
