A man from Kingston is among 18 people charged with drug dealing following a series of police raids.
Dale Pidduck, 25, of Kingsnympton Park, was arrested on February 6 as part of Surrey Police's Operation Borate.
The operation saw officers swoop on addresses in North Surrey, London and Berkshire over three days.
Mr Pidduck appeared at South West Surrey Magistrates Court on February 7, charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. He was bailed unti April 4.
Superintendent Jerry Westerman said: "Surrey Police is committed to tackling the issue of illegal drug supply and I hope this operation demonstrates to members of the public and those involved in such criminal behaviour that we are taking positive action to address this issue.
"Following these three days of action, patrols have been increased in the affected areas to address any underlying concerns.
"If it is found that there has been anti-social behaviour associated with particular properties then we will be applying to magistrates for closure orders.
"I would urge anyone who has been a victim of anti-social behaviour linked to drug use to ensure they report it to Surrey Police by calling 101."
