A car thief is being called back to prison after breaching his licensing conditions.

New Malden man Rico Persechino, 24, has been placed on a list of the most wanted men and women for the whole of London.

He was jailed for two years and eight months in July 2011 for being involved in a car theft ring where a BMW worth £9,975 was stolen in Oxshott in November 2010.

He was also involved in the theft of a Mercedes worth £70,000 in Sunningdale which was never recovered.

Police are asking anyone who know of his whereabouts to call 999, 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
