In reply to the letter from Stella and Steve St. Lawrence, I totally agree with them. I have lived in the same road for 8 years.
My daughter was almost run down by a stupid driver chatting on her phone and speeding down the road.
When will these uneducated drivers realise they take lives; whether it's the lives of these poor people's pets or that of a human life.
Something must be done to stop these reckless drivers.
