An auction of excellent items will raise money for Help for Heroes.
The Slug and Lettuce in Weybridge High Street hosts the auction to raise money for the armed forces charity.
Prizes have been donated by companies in the area, including goody bags from Waitrose and Boots, a blow dry from Toni & Guy, a mini-manicure and blow dry by Glitterati and a full body spray tan by Tantalise.
Kris Makowski, general manager of Slug and Lettuce, said: “If customers aren’t able to bid on a lot, we’d still like to invite them down to the Slug and Lettuce, it looks set to be a great night and a donation of even a few pounds will be gratefully received.”
The pub hopes to raise £500 for the charity, which will go towards a bigger fund raised by 71 Slug and Lettuces across the country in the next few weeks.
Last year, £21,000 was raised for Help for Heroes.
The auction will take place on Thursday, February 28, from 7pm.
