Efforts to overturn some of the results of the scoring panel in favour of St Helier Hospital have failed.
An expert panel of eight met on Monday, February 11, and scored 11 options of hospital configurations against a range of criteria - including clinical outcomes, travel and patient experience.
The only criteria where St Helier did not do as well as its rival hospitals was "deliverability" - which assessed whether it is possible to deliver the change in the time frame set out.
It is understood that at the review panel on Wednesday, February 13, a vote was held to try and change the score in favour of St Helier Hospital.
However, more than half of the review panel voted against changing it.
