Two consultation events have been announced for residents to find out more about long-term plans to redevelop Coulsdon.
The Coulsdon Masterplan. plans include the provision of new homes for the Cane Hill site, a skate park, leisure centre, new supermarket, and health centre.
There is also the potential for more retailers and businesses, improved public spaces and new pedestrian links and crossings.
A public consultation on the draft plan started on February 25 and will last until April 14.
The first drop in session will take place on Tuesday March 19, 4pm to 8pm and the CALAT Smitham Centre in Malcolm Road.
The second session will take place on March 23, 11am to 3pm at the same venue.
