A pavilion was reopened last week after a £64,000 revamp.
Gibraltar Recreation Ground Pavilion now has sports male and female changing rooms as well as new water heaters, flooring, toilets and hand basins.
Councillor Jan Mason, chairman of the leisure committee, said: "This is now an even better facility for local people of all ages to use and enjoy.
"As a Ewell resident myself I am absolutely delighted with the pavilion."
A grant from Sport England, which was matched by Epsom Council, made the work possible.
Sport England’s chair Richard Lewis, said: "This National Lottery investment is helping us deliver a lasting sporting legacy in Surrey from last year’s successful Olympic and Paralympic Games."
The recreation ground is home to a martial arts club, AFC Ewell Football Club, Ewell Bowling Club and Epsom Methodist Cricket Club.
