PR guru Max Clifford has vowed to clear his name after being charged with 11 indecent assaults between 1966 and 1985.
The alleged offences relate to seven different women and girls ranging in age from 14 to 19.
The 70-year-old, from Onslow Road, Hersham, says the claims are "completely false".
He was arrested in December under the Metropolitan police's Operation Yewtree - set up following revelations about serial paedophile Jimmy Savile.
Mr Clifford is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on May 28.
The police listed the charges as:
Indecent assault on woman over 16 years of age (1980 / 1981)
Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16 years (1977 / 1978)
Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16 years (1977 / 1978)
Indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16 years (1977 / 1978)
