Two theatre troupes packing their bags for the Edinburgh Fringe are asking residents to help them get there.
Dumbshow theatre company and Smoking Apples, who are both appearing at the International Youth Arts Festival (IYAF) this year, are hosting a fundraiser in Kingston.
Dumbshow are planning to take their sell-out IYAF show of last year, The Pearl, to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Smoking Apples are also hoping to follow the year after.
Both companies are supported by Creative Youth, the Kingston-based charity supporting young talent.
The fundraiser will take place at Kingston Working Men’s Club on Wednesday, June 19.
Tickets cost £25 and include a free drink and a buffet-style meal.
