An 86-year-old woman survived a spectacular car crash after her car hit a lamp post.
Her Toyota hit a wall on the A3 near Warren Drive North at about 8pm on Sunday evening and rolled over.
The impact sent debris flying through the upstairs windows of nearby houses, firefighters said.
Paramedics treated the woman for neck pain and bruising, and took her to St George’s Hospital as a priority.
