The 2013 International Youth Arts Festival came to a spectacular end at the weekend, as shoppers were treated to a dazzling aerial acrobatic display.
To part of the conclusion of IYAF, the Bentall Centre hosted the Summer Sky Ribbon Dance, which saw acrobats perform a routine suspended form the shopping centre ceiling.
Shoppers looked on as the performers carried out death-defying stunts in a routine designed to make the most of the Bentall Centre's glass roof and provide a fitting send off for IYAF.
The performance was one of the last shows of this year's IYAF
Kirsty Crawford, marketing and PR manager for the Bentall Centre said: “It was amazing to work with IYAF on this spectacular event in The Bentall Centre, as it attracted so many shoppers and in-turn they showed great support for the aerialist silk performers.

“The team were really excited to perform in the centre as some are local to the area, and have never performed here before, there was a great buzz during each event and we were proud to help and support these artists.”
