A host of great prizes have been announced as the search for Epsom and Ewell’s best businesses continues.
Sara Olsen, coordinator of the Epsom and Ewell Business Excellence Awards 2013, which are sponsored by the Epsom Guardian, revealed this week that the prize on offer for the overall winner will be a tour of the House of Commons; £1,000 worth of advertising on Radio Jackie and one year’s membership to the Federation of Small Businesses.
All category winners will receive one year's membership to the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, and individual categories will also be awarded the following:
Best New Business - one year’s membership to business website The Best of Epsom and Ewell; Best Business in Ashtead - a free health check courtesy of Ashtead Hospital; and Best Business in Epsom and Ewell - a day with London-based Marketing Agency Maddsion Soho to help develop a business plan, courtesy of The Ashley Centre.
Pauline Banyard, of Ladysafe & Sons, which was crowned Best Overall Business at last year’s awards, said: "Since winning we have seen our business grow considerably and meeting other like-minded people has been an added bonus.
"Good luck to all the entrants this year."
